Tuesday was CFD Football Practice

The Chicago Fire Department has started a football team, and they are in the NPSFL, National Public Safety Football League. The Chicago Blaze is team number 25. The first game will be against the natural rivals, Chicago Police Department Enforcers April 10th at Brother Rice Field.
Practice on Tuesday was 2 hours long, and the men looked sharp. The practice was professional, the coaching staff is very experienced, and will get the team on the same page very quickly.
There is a great event coming up on December 18th. The Blaze are going to have a tug of war vs. the police during halftime of the Chicago Bliss game. The Bliss are our lingerie football team. For more info, click here. I’ll be there, hope to see as many firemen as possible.
